Gift Memberships (6-Month or 12-Month) are one-off purchases and are non-refundable.
Once purchased, the full gift term will be delivered to the recipient.
Refunds cannot be offered for change of mind or unused months. However, if a letter is lost or arrives damaged, I’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
