Subscription & Pre-Order Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Little Gems Letter Club (Subscription Orders)

When you join the Little Gems Letter Club, you are subscribing to a recurring monthly membership.
Each month’s letter is printed, packed, and mailed from the middle of the month (around the 20th).

Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically each month until you choose to cancel.
There’s no lock-in contract - you can cancel anytime via the link in your order confirmation or renewal email.
If you cancel after a payment has been processed, you’ll still receive the letter for that billing cycle, and your subscription will end before the next month’s mailing.

Please note: as each letter is printed to order, we cannot cancel or refund a month once fulfilment has begun.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer products (such as special edition prints or upcoming items) as pre-orders.
By purchasing a pre-order, you’re reserving an item that is not yet in stock or is currently in production.
Payment may be collected in full or as a deposit at checkout. Once your item is ready, it will be shipped automatically.

You may cancel a pre-order before it has been printed or fulfilled for a full refund.
Once fulfilment has begun or the item has been shipped, it’s no longer eligible for cancellation.
