Digital Product Delivery Information
All digital products (including ebooks, guides, courses, and membership materials) are delivered automatically to your payment email address once your payment has been received in full and cleared.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout, as access links and download instructions are sent directly to that address.
If you do not receive your digital item within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us for assistance.
Letter Club Postage & Delivery Information
All Little Gems Letter Club mailings are sent via standard stamped post through Australia Post (we are located in Western Australia).
This helps keep your membership affordable and charmingly old-fashioned - BUT please note that:
All Little Gems Letter Club orders are mailed from the middle of each month (around the 15th), regardless of your sign-up date.
If you join after that month’s mailing has been prepared, your first letter will ship in the next month’s batch.

Letters are not tracked. We use traditional stamps, not courier services or tracking labels.

Delivery times may vary.

Within Australia: allow up to 7 business days from the date of mailing.

International: allow up to 21 business days, depending on your country’s postal service and customs.

Address accuracy is essential. Please double-check your shipping address when you order. We cannot replace or refund letters sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Eligible destinations. We only ship to countries currently accepting international mail from Australia Post. Delivery may be suspended or delayed to certain destinations due to postal or customs restrictions.

As of now, mail cannot be sent to: Russia, Sudan, Canada, and some US territories.

Countries such as the United States, India, and others may experience customs delays, additional import requirements (such as KYC in India), or new tariff rules.

Customs & import rules. All mailings are declared as printed material with no commercial value. However, local customs authorities may still inspect or delay items.
If your letter is lost or damaged in the post, we’ll happily replace it at no extra cost.
We cannot offer refunds for delays, postal disruptions, or undeliverable mail caused by incorrect addresses or local import restrictions.
