Refund policy
Little Gems Letter Club (Monthly Subscription)

Change of mind: We don’t offer refunds or returns for subscription letters. You can cancel anytime; you’ll continue to receive the current month’s letter you’ve paid for, and your subscription will end after that cycle.

Lost or damaged mail: If your letter is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost. Letters are sent via stamped post (no tracking) - please ensure your postal address is correct at checkout; we can’t replace or refund items sent to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

Destination limits: We only ship to countries currently accepting letter post from Australia Post. If service is suspended to your destination, we’ll contact you to arrange alternatives.

Physical Products (e.g. Prints, Non-Subscription Items)
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Start a return: email sarah@sarahmcaleerhistorysmith.com. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Exceptions: We can’t accept returns of custom / personalised items, sale items, or gift cards unless faulty.
Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Courses, Membership Access)

Delivered automatically to your payment email after cleared payment.

Change of mind: Not refundable once access links / files have been delivered.

Faulty or access issues: If your download or access link doesn’t work, contact us - we’ll fix or replace promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (if eligible); once approved, place a new order.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email sarah@sarahmcaleerhistorysmith.com right away so we can make it right.
European Union - 14-Day Cooling-Off (Where Applicable)
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return most non-custom physical goods within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Note: This cooling-off right does NOT apply once digital content delivery has begun or to customised goods. Subscription letters are time-sensitive printed mail and are not returnable except where faulty / not received.
Refunds (For Physical Goods Only)
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
