📦 Delivery Details

This is a PHYSICAL mail club - meaning that you get a letter containing your goodies posted to your letter box every month

• Shipped with care: All Little Gems Letter Club envelopes are sent via stamped post to keep your membership affordable - please note that these shipments do NOT include tracking.

• Posting schedule: Letters are mailed around the MIDDLE of each month- approx on the 15th. 
• If you sign up after the 15th, your first Little Gem will ship the following month. (Example: Sign up on 15 November → first letter ships mid-December.)
  
  
• Estimated delivery times:
• Australia: Allow up to 7 business days from mailing.
• International: Allow up to 21 business days, depending on your location.
  
  
• Address accuracy:
• Please make sure your postal address is entered correctly. We cannot replace or refund letters sent to an incorrect address.
  
  
• Every month is unique:
• Each billing cycle corresponds to a brand-new print and story — so no matter when you join, you’ll never miss out on a Little Gem.

⚠️ Shipping Restrictions:

We can currently send letters to most international destinations that accept standard letter mail from Australia Post.

However, postal services are currently unavailable to the following countries: 🇷🇺 Russia & 🇸🇩 Sudan and some U.S. territories (e.g. Guam, Puerto Rico).

Deliveries to the 🇺🇸 United States may be subject to customs checks or delays due to new U.S. tariff rules - please allow extra time.

Other countries may experience significant delays or customs requirements, including: 🇨🇻 Cabo Verde,🇨🇦 Canada,🇨🇳 China, 🇮🇳 India (KYC verification), 🇲🇬 Madagascar, 🇳🇵 Nepal, 🇵🇭 Philippines, 🇰🇷 South Korea, and 🇹🇭 Thailand.

If service to your country becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or hold your letter until service resumes.
